The Men Came Back
Men apparently need embodiment too... and I'm here for it!
I’ve burnt my business down so many times. Scorched to the ground because something new was emerging.
Fuck, it’s just a business. It can’t encapsulate all of me. But its the way that I’m designed to be of service to the world. A projector, a cosmic mama through and through, my purpose is in loving others back into their radiance. This through embodiment, where spirit and reality meet.
In 2023 I turned my full attention to the men. Launching and creating what I then called Healing the Divine Masculine.
Some of my longtime client base were pissed and may have left the arena entirely.
But I felt it! I felt it then. And feel it still. The men need the same devoted love and attention.
Out of that year of focused devotion: 1 client. Were the men not ready? Was I not ready?
Maybe a little bit of both. Ok, maybe more me than them, but I felt defeated and deflated.
I Love the Masculine
I have never been a feminist nor a fuck the patriarchy type of lady.
I believe it’s the balance of forces, that when come into right alignment, this whole damn reality will change. So I don’t hate the men for being men.
I found my way to Alison Armstrong’s The Queen’s Code. It gave me the perspective, the understanding, and as I began to live it, men did indeed behave differently toward me. I’m not here to squash them, to judge them for not being women, or to try to make them more sensitive and understanding.
Instead, I recognize the unique gifts of the masculine and began to celebrate them more readily.
Men would open the door for me, allow me to go in front of them in line, and even stop me on my walks to ask how I was doing. It was a rather profound turn.
And so here I sit, deeply delighted by my clients in Embodiment Mentoring and have had three men who have reached out inquiring about working together!
So it feels like a flame flickering again. I need not turn my full attention to either exclusively. Sure, I am deeply attuned to the feminine mysteries, but I can open my doors to the masculine with open arms. The feminine can support them in their becoming, too.
I’ve changed, my work has changed, and what I offered in 2023 wasn’t yet fully lived or formed. The men reaching out now have grown too and I am so curious what their arrival within themselves will call forth.
Passion, Presence, Purpose
In my years of working with men, this is part of the formula I keep returning to. Passion, presence, and purpose are not separate qualities to be perfected, but expressions of the embodied man living in deeper relationship with his values. Because values are not merely concepts you admire or words you use to describe yourself. They are meant to become visible in the way the masculine chooses to speak, love, lead, and hold their word.
Passion
Passion is your aliveness, and it’s far beyond sexual. Duh.
It’s the fire that moves through you before responsibility, routine, or duty edits it down. The things you want to build, experience, create, protect, explore, and give yourself to because they make you feel unmistakably alive.
Passion is not a past time but a life force.
But passion needs the orientation of your values. Otherwise, it can become another appetite to chase, another achievement that promises fulfillment but leaves you reaching for the next thing. When you know what matters to you, passion has a clear place to move. It becomes life force directed toward something you can stand behind.
Presence
Presence is the ability to actually inhabit your life rather than disappearing into thoughts, work, your reactions, or the future.
This is where your values become real. You begin to notice whether the way you’re behaving aligns with the man you believe yourself to be. You can see when your choices, relationships, or actions have drifted away from what matters, and you have enough awareness and accountability to correct course.
A present man becomes a safe man.
Safe because he is steady enough to remain with himself. He doesn’t make everyone around him responsible for regulating his emotions, guessing his needs, or bracing for what may happen next.
His word means something. His values are lived. The people he loves can feel where they stand beside him.
Presence is integrity made visible.
It is not perfection. It’s coherence. What you believe, what you say, and how you move begin to match. That kind of presence has gravity. It allows others to soften without asking the man to become smaller, quieter, or less fully himself.
Purpose
Purpose isn’t a destination you’ve somehow failed to reach.
It begins to reveal itself when your passion restores your vitality, when your presence brings you fully into the life in front of you, and your values give both of them direction.
A man wants to know his life matters. That what he builds, creates, gives, protects, leads, or leaves behind carries weight. Purpose isn’t only found in some mighty mission or public achievement. It may live in family, work, creation, community, or the way someone’s life was changed because you were fully there.
Purpose is where your values become you contribution. Where your vitality becomes impactful. Where you stop pursuing a version of success handed to you by someone else and begin creating from the man you know yourself to be.
Men need purpose. Its what keeps them vital, happy, and participating in life. The men living purpose have meaning and its these men who anchor the feminine so the collective evolution can occur.
What Happens When Men Work with the Embodied Feminine
The embodied feminine does not ask a man to become more like her.
She doesn’t need to soften him into something more palatable, teach him how to perform sensitivity, or strip away the very qualities that make the masculine powerful. She meets him without fear of his strength.
And because she’s not trying to control, correct, or compete with him, something in him can finally settle. He no longer has to defend his nature or brace against being misunderstood. He can begin to feel himself more clearly beneath the roles, the pressure, the performance, and everything he was taught a man should be.
There’s also a particular kind of intimacy possible here. Intimacy with the feminine without sexual tension, romantic promise, or domestic expectation. There’s nothing to pursue. Nothing to provide. No role he must step into to earn the connection.
He can be deeply seen by a woman without being desired, managed, mothered, or made responsible for her happiness.
That kind of intimacy creates room for honesty. A man can bring forward what he has kept within without wondering what it will cost him relationally. He can let himself be witnessed without needing to impress, protect, or turn the connection into something else.
The feminine brings a different kind of space.
One where a man can be witnessed without being managed. One where his heart can open without his strength being questioned. One where he can feel what’s true, acknoweldge where his actions have drifted from his values, and become accountable without being shamed.
This is part of what I offer in my work with men.
I don’t want to make them more feminine. I want to meet the masculine with enough presence that he can become more fully himself.
When the feminine is embodied, she doesn’t diminish the masculine. She calls it forward.
And what begins to emerge is a man who is steadier in himself, safer for the people around him, more connected to what he values, and more capable of living with passion, presence, and purpose.
The Combined Force That Changes Reality
I live in paradox and can readily acknowledge the feminine is indeed going through a resurgence. But it’s no longer women’s circles and women’s rights, we’re freaking spheres, multidimensional wonders, and something within us is waking up.
But it can’t be at the expense of or the lack of participation from the masculine.
I’ve always walked with Horus, the divine child, the combined result of masculine and feminine embodied each in their individual strengths.
This, my love, will be the force that changes reality.
An Invitation for the Men
For the men finding this now, perhaps something in you already knows it is time to live differently. Not as another performance of self-improvement, but as a deeper arrival within yourself, where your values become visible in the way you live and your passion, presence, and purpose are no longer separate from who you are.
And if a man came to mind while reading this, send it to him.
My doors are open to the men ready to become more fully themselves, to be met without shame, and without being asked to become anything other than the man they already know themselves to be.
And because I’m curious…

I cannot love this more ugh yes in every possible way ♥️
What stayed with me most wasn't the distinction you make between masculine and feminine, but your insistence that neither is fulfilled at the expense of the other. I especially appreciated your description of presence as coherence rather than perfection. Whatever language we use for these ideas, that invitation to live with integrity rather than performance feels deeply needed. Thank you for writing from lived experience instead of abstract theory.
